7. What certifications do you have for your products?
Our products have obtained certificates: RoHS, Reach, CA65, InterTek to ensure the product meet the safety and healthy requirements of environmental protection, what's more, we can also assist you in applying for certificates from any countries.
8. How to place order?

9. What is the lead time of mass production?
The bulk orders can be shipped within 45-60 days after your confirmation.
10. What is the payment term?
30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment by T/T.
11. What is the delivery term for the order?
FCA Guangzhou. That means we deliver the goods to the warehouse of your forwarder/shipping agents.
12. I have no experience in importing and customs clear and the freight is high.
Freight rate is changing constantly. But we have 5-6 freight forwarders to choose from so we can filter the best option for you--by air, by train or by sea. Also, we can offer DDP service--door to door including the tax, you don’t need to do anything but waiting for the goods at your company.

14.How do you do after-sales service?
